Another injury blow for Everton ahead of Brighton

Dyche is already facing absences from Arnaut Danjuma (ankle) and Del Alli (hip). Meanwhile, there are uncertainties about Andre Gomes (calf) and Seamus Coleman (illness). Additionally, Ukrainian left-back Vitalii Mykolenko is now included in the list of doubtful players.

"Myko has took a knock, but we're hopeful he'll be alright,” said Dyche to the press ahead of the trip south.

On a more positive note for Everton, Abdoulaye Doucoure, who returned from injury last Monday in the 1-1 draw with Crystal Palace after missing the previous five matches, completed the match without any complications and is expected to be fit to play against Brighton.

The draw against Palace helped Everton move out of the relegation zone, and they are hoping for a similar result to last season's 5-1 victory over Roberto De Zerbi's side when they travel to the Amex Stadium.

Brighton, currently seventh in the league, will also be buoyed by their 5-0 victory over Sheffield United last Sunday.

However, they have injury concerns, with Solly March, James Milner, Joao Pedro, Jack Hinshelwood, and Julio Enciso all sidelined.

Adam Lallana, a midfielder for Brighton, is once again available for selection after missing the trip to Sheffield United.

“Personally, I’m fit and well,” said the Albion veteran earlier this week. “It was nice to feature from the start against Spurs last week and I’m just enjoying the moment, being a part of it.

“I don’t take anything for granted, because who knows what’s around the corner, but I want to enjoy the back-end of the season. I’ve learned to enjoy these moments rather than look too far ahead into the future.”
