West Ham face losing key man as club drop down the EPL like a stone

The East London football club seems to be stuck in a cycle of progress followed by setbacks, a pattern that could lead to the breakdown of a crucial internal relationship with significant implications for the club's immediate future.

Despite having a dedicated fan base that often fills the London Stadium, the Hammers' financial resources for transfers and overall business dealings haven't improved since their days at Upton Park, which is a puzzling situation.

The club is considered a sleeping giant in the London football scene, but unless they change their ways, they may never reach their full potential.

While Tim Steidten's appointment was initially seen as positive, his dealings with manager David Moyes have reportedly been strained.

A lack of cohesion in recruitment might lead to Steidten's potential departure this summer, as he's allegedly frustrated with the club's reluctance to grant him sufficient authority to do his job effectively.

If Steidten leaves and Moyes remains in place by next season, it would underscore the club's current situation.

The club's poor form, including several heavy defeats and no wins in eight games, should prompt the club's leadership to consider a managerial change, rather than letting go of a person who could be key to their future success.
