The Phoenix Suns kick off a three-game road trip Tuesday night against the Milwaukee Bucks at Fiserv Forum.
Phoenix comes into this matchup struggling, having lost three straight games and five of their last ten.
They’ll try to get back on track against a Bucks team that’s also slumping, riding a four-game losing streak while dropping six of their last ten.
The Suns may have to face Milwaukee without Bradley Beal once again, as the star guard is listed as questionable with a lingering hamstring injury.
Beal has missed Phoenix’s last seven games with a left hamstring strain, though his upgrade to questionable offers some hope.
Losing Kevin Durant for at least a week with a left ankle sprain (suffered in Sunday’s loss to Houston) makes Beal’s potential return even more crucial.
While Beal hasn’t had his strongest season, his scoring punch alongside Devin Booker would help fill the void left by Durant.
This year, Beal is averaging 17.3 points, 3.4 rebounds, and 3.6 assists per game while shooting an efficient 50.5% from the field and 39.5% from deep.
His return could provide a much-needed boost for Phoenix’s playoff push—they currently trail Sacramento by one game for the final Play-In spot in the West.
If Beal remains out for an eighth straight game, Ryan Dunn and Collin Gillespie will likely see expanded roles, while Booker shoulders the bulk of the offensive load.
Tip-off is set for 7:30 p.m. EST on TNT.
