Tottenham is set for significant changes this summer, not only within the coaching and technical teams but also at the boardroom level, as a comprehensive review is scheduled for the end of the season.

While a managerial change has been widely anticipated in recent months, recent reports suggest that other key figures could also leave alongside Ange Postecoglou.

With Vinai Venkatesham appointed as the club’s new CEO, multiple sources have indicated that chief football officer Scott Munn may also be on his way out.

According to a report from The Mail last month, the club’s medical, sports science, and analytics departments are also due for evaluation, with changes expected in those areas.

Big changes expected at Tottenham irrespective of Europa League fortunes

BBC Sport now reports that, regardless of whether Spurs secure the Europa League title, significant behind-the-scenes changes are anticipated at Hotspur Way.

The most notable of these is likely to be the appointment of a new head coach, as Postecoglou’s position remains uncertain.

The report also highlights that the medical and strength and conditioning departments are under review, following the high number of injuries the team has suffered this season.

Additionally, it is stated that Fabio Paratici is expected to return in an official capacity, joining Vinai Venkatesham at the club.

Will Scott Munn and Johan Lange stay at Tottenham?

According to BBC Sport, if Fabio Paratici does make a return to Tottenham, it’s unlikely that Scott Munn will remain, with the chief football officer expected to leave.

However, the report indicates that technical director Johan Lange, who joined the club last summer, is set to stay at Hotspur Way despite Paratici’s comeback.

The Dane is expected to continue leading the club’s talent identification efforts ahead of the upcoming transfer window.
